Canadian Premiere

A shadowy figure wanders the streets of Nazi-occupied Paris in search of lost memory. He manages to gather a few fragments so that others might reconstruct the long journey of forgetting. French writer Patrick Modiano dedicated much of his life to wandering through Paris and through a past he never knew, that of the Nazi occupation, in search of a place where reality and fiction collide and come to form strange shadows, what we call memories. Making its world premiere, this film leads the viewer into poetic wandering.
