The International Festival of Films on Art is pleased to present the live recording of BELLES-SOEURS at a special screening. For the first time, this masterpiece by Michel Tremblay, René Richard Cyr, and Daniel Bélanger will be shown on the big screen, with its original cast of Marie-Thérèse Fortin, Guylaine Tremblay, Maude Guérin, the late Janine Sutto, and 12 other performers, on 20 March at 7:30 p.m. at the Monument-National de Montréal.
This one-time screening also offers an opportunity to underline the 50th anniversary of the Centre du Théâtre d'Aujourd'hui, which was also a co-producer of the show. It’s a chance to celebrate this masterpiece of Quebec culture in a big way!
